PRO URBE KFT was registered as corporate entity on December 22nd 1990.

We have completed around fifteen hundred planning and design project and accumulated immense diversity engineering experience during the last two decades.

This is primarily due to the fact that the types, characters and sizes of these projects spread in a very wide range. The acquired knowledge has been collected not only in our project document inventories, but also in the memories of those colleagues who have been working from the foundation constantly with us for long time. Our knowledge pyramid is based on the experience, and at its peak, there is the creativity, arising from the continuous renewal of our technical ability because of the different kinds of engineering challenges. This is supplemented by the creative influence resulting from the cooperation between our team-members of different generations. As a conclusion we are convinced that “creativity is more important than knowledge”. (Albert Einstein)

TRAFFIC MODELING

In order to prepare a suitable traffic model it is fundamentally important to provide
  • proper raw data,
  • precise model building and calibration, remaining within margin of error.
In order to achieve correct estimation significant emphasis is placed on data collection, by using the latest engineering software. The correct outcome of any realistic simulation is possible only if all applicable conditions are fulfilled. To ensure proper accuracy of our models we execute traffic count and data collection tasks by ourselves.

Kutatás

RESEARCH

Our company completed more than teen large research projects, commissioned by both private and/or public sector Clients. Our main research field is traffic generation impact of large shopping malls and commercial centers. Main objective of our measurements is to define the volume and characteristics of the traffic emission (per hour) of a commercial center. As a result of our research we provide to our Client an accurate description of the traffic volume generated by the facility, and the size of area that is within the range of effect. We also propose alternatives to maintain operability of the transport system.
