PRO URBE Kft. is one of the privately owned engineering consultancies in Hungary. The foundation in 1990 coincided with the political-economic changes in the country. The company is currently owned by four engineers, all of them were in 1990 among the founders.
Considering the number of staff, PRO URBE Kft. is a small enterprise, but it can answer any professional challenges due to its efficient and flexible operation methods. The company can rely on its experienced professional staff, its expanding IT background and its extensive group of professional partner organizations both in Hungary and abroad.
The main scope of activities is transport planning and infrastructure design. Since its foundation, PRO URBE Kft. has completed a wide variety of tasks on this field from design of motorways to bicycle routes, from preparatory studies and development plans to detailed construction drawing documentations for both Hungarian and foreign Clients. The main feature of the company is its versatile professional work, which varies from design of networks and systems requiring an overall global approach, to precise design of small details.

People and environment
The basic principle of our activities is to establish harmony between people and the environment. We know that the application of pure technical knowledge and skills is not enough to work out efficient long-term solutions. The designer should handle with skill all aspects of the problem, such as:

- environment protection aspects,
- ease of implementation, and
- operation conditions.
Research and development
We provide solutions to problems by using the latest achievements of research and development. We believe that overall, thorough understanding of a problem leads to proposals that satisfy the Client’s needs according to the state-of-the-art knowledge and high technical standards.
The computer science
We strive to enhance precision and speed of our work, professional evaluation of increasing amount of data, analysis of multiple aspects and well-understandable interpretation of solutions by using the latest information technology applications. We believe that, apart from enabling serving Clients at higher level, efforts assigned to research and IT developments are also an important step towards the future.
